Tasty foodCoffee
Had a toasted sandwich with side soup. Asked for a change to the filling and it was no bother at all. Delicious brothy soup. The cheese was a knockout flavour and Irish Good coffee.
The staff were excellent friendly made you fell welcome and service was excellent. Food was good.
My issue is we could not add a tip onto the card payment as we did not have cash and the majority of people do not card cash. I think this is disrespectful to there staff. If they do not allow tips to be added when a customer asks then it is a legal requirement to have a notice up.
If a restaurant refuses to let you add a tip to your card, that is allowed.
- But they must have a visible tipping policy so customers know in advance
Hi M.E Tog,
There was a mix up when you were in. We do accept tips on card for our wonderful staff. They deserve every bit of it. Delighted you had a great experience other than the tipping gate 😂😂 …
